Description
Amin Sadeghpour is a lecturer in Food Science at the School of Food Science & Nutrition at the University of Leeds. His research focuses on designing and understanding smart biomaterials for food and health applications. He obtained his PhD in Colloid and Surface Chemistry from the University of Geneva and has experience leading X-ray scattering team at the Center for X-ray Analytics of Empa prior to joining Leeds.
