We are pleased to announce the launch of a new cycle of Advanced Schools Training in Neutron Techniques (TNT), a three-year program of advanced formation on neutron scattering organized by the Italian Society of Neutron Sciences (SISN).

Applications are now open for the first edition, “Neutron Diffraction and Imaging,” taking place in San Giovanni (Valle Aurina, BZ, Italy) from June 13 to 21, 2025.

Lectures and tutorials covering all aspects of the theory and practice of diffraction ad imaging, including also non-scattering techniques and advanced approaches for data analysis and interpretation, will be given by international experts. Additionally, the school will explore the potential role of machine learning and artificial intelligence, in particular for instrument design and data processing.
