Technician position in the Computational Biophysics group

One technician position is available at CIC biomaGUNE (San Sebastián, Spain) in the
Computational Biophysics group lead by Dr Ivan Coluzza.
The duties of the selected candidate will be to participate in the development of the
simulations tools used in the group for the scientific investigation. Moreover, the selected
candidate will be expected to help the team in the optimisation of the existing software by
implementing CUDA enable libraries and/or port our models in established simulation
packages such as GROMACS and LAMMPS.
He/She will actively participate in the research activities of the group and will be in an author in
the publication arising from the use of the group software.
The ability of the candidate to develop user interfaces or web-based front ends is highly
appreciated.
