(Prof. Oettel, PD Schöpe).
The successful candidate is expected to conduct independent research in broad relation
to the experimental activities in nanoscience in Tübingen (Interdisciplinary nanoBCP Lab).
Possible working areas include phase behavior and dynamic transistions in systems of
designed colloids (Schöpe group), collective
behavior of proteins (Schreiber/Zhang group), or coarse-grained modelling of motor proteins
(E. Schäffer group).

Qualifications and experience:
* PhD in  physics, biophysics or physical chemistry with a focus on theory and modeling.
* Strong background in theoretical soft matter and associated simulation methods.
* Knowledge of standard methods (Molecular Dynamics and Monte Carlo).
