Report on the 1st SoftComp webinar – Dr. Jacques Jestin

On September 12th, 2024, Dr. Jacques Jestin, Associate Director and Head of Science Division of the Institute Laue-Langevin (ILL), Grenoble, France, was the first speaker in the SoftComp 2024 webinar cycle.
He presented a detailed description of the instruments and activities as well as scientific applications of neutron techniques in soft matter at ILL.
There was a great response of the SoftComp community, with a large participation and a number of questions of the participants.

The 2nd SoftComp webinar Prof. Dr. Anthony Ryan, Univ. Sheffield, UK, (title From the Self-Assembly of Synthetic Soils to Growing Food in a Refugee Camp) will take place on October 10th, 2024, at 15:00.
